Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are only processed once payment has been received via EFT into our bank account and the full amount has been processed. Our bank account is with FNB (First National Bank), if payment is made from another bank as a standard payment it takes two (2) working days to reflect unless using an “Instant payment” processing the payment immediately. In the case of a standard payment, the processing time of an order will be three (3) to four (4) working days.

Shipping

We use the Postnet network of 480 stores across South Africa. When placing an order use the “Notes” field to tell us which Postnet store is closest to your delivery address. Once we have processed your order, you will be notified via email and or WhatsApp message and the Tracking number and Postnet details will be included. Once the parcel arrives in store you will receive an SMS to collect it. The shipping process time is 2 to 3 working days.

Costs

The shipping cost is R120.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Rand) to ship goodies nationwide in South Africa.

  • First 5 Kg at the price of R120.00
  • Maximum weight is 12-15 Kgs.
  • Outlying areas: add an extra business day to the processing time.
  • Parcel size: 50 cm x 40 cm x 30 cm

Returns

We will only accept a return of a product damaged in the shipping process. The cost to return the product is for your account. Replacing and sending the damaged item will be for our account. See the returns policy on this link: https://gaygoodies.co.za/refund_returns/.

Potential Interuptions

From time to time there may be unforeseen interruptions delaying the arrival of stock in which case we will communicate directly with anyone with outstanding orders.
